A commissary fund for two inmates at the Richmond City Jail. Their projected sentences are both five years. They need the money to pay their rent to the jail ($14 a week, or $56 a month), to see a nurse or doctor, and to buy things like stationary, clothing, phone calls, and additional food in the jail commissary.
